No Hot Water
Check the tank thermostat settings to ensure they are configured correctly. Check the pilot light to see that it is illuminated. Reset the temperature gauge and allow the system to heat up for 15 minutes before testing.
No Hot/Cool Air
Verify that the thermostat is online and check for error codes. Replace the batteries in the thermostat if necessary. Dirty filters may cause the system to not function properly.
Appliances Not Functioning Properly
If the appliances in the home are not turning on, first, check if they have power at the breaker. Sometimes, maintenance and cleaning cycles may make the appliance appear non-functional. Next, check the display for any error codes that ay guide you on the next steps. If you’ve already checked online resources and the appliance still doesn’t work, besure to include those error codes when placing the online service request.
Before You Submit Your Request
You should be aware that the following are your responsibility:
Changing air filters, smoke detector & CO detector batteries, light bulbs (including those located in appliances).
Checking all breakers and GFCI outlets to ensure they are not tripped. Be sure to inspect all GFCI outlets, not just those in the affected area.
Vendor trip fees will be charged to residents for missed appointments. Once scheduled, ensure you are available and notify the vendor before leaving the property. An adult 18 years or older must be present to provide access.

Include Pictures With Every Service Request
Pictures tell a thousand words. When submitting a service request, please include clear and relevant pictures to help us understand and address the issue promptly.
For Appliances Include:
One picture of the appliance displaying its finish (e.g., chrome, brushed nickel, satin).
One picture of the appliance with the door open.
One picture of the make and model number.
Step back and take one picture of the location of the appliance in the property.
For Fixtures Include:
One picture of the broken component.
One picture of the finish (e.g., chrome, brushed nickel, satin).
Step back and take one picture of its location in the property and any nearby fixtures we need to match it with.
