Our electronic lockboxes are a secure and easy way for prospective tenants to access our available rental properties during scheduled viewing times.
Locating The Lockbox
Our lockbox is placed in one of three locations at the property:
Obtaining Your Access Code
Each lockbox has a unique serial number located on the front. When you arrive during your scheduled property viewing, you will need to enable location services on your phone and text the lockbox serial number.
Entering the Code & Opening the Lockbox
Once you enter the code you’ve been provided you’ll have access to the lockbox. The gray lockboxes open toward you. The blue lockboxes you press in and the lockbox will open toward you also. See your video above for these steps.
Keeping Safe & Locking Up
Each access code is unique. And the code you use for access is specifically for you. You’ll want to make sure not to share your access code with anyone else. Our available rentals are video monitored. It is your responsibility to secure and lock the property when leaving.
